I have been married myself for 2 yrs, but my son is only 4, but I know what you are talking about. I had to work my wife out of sleeping in the bed with our son, and she doesn't any longer except when bio has him for more than 2 days. But I understand what you feel.

The disciplining part needs to be addressed now. If not, you will surely see bad behavior. Have the two of you talked about some form of discipline besides spankings? I am a believer in them two, but there have to be some ground rules!
